As I mentioned in another thread - this will not be the same Philly team we saw last Sunday. They will make some big plays and they will score some points...BUT - the problem Philly has with Dallas is more than just playing hard or scheming differently. The problems that Philly has are.... 1) The offensive and defensive lines for Dallas have been - if not dominant - then certainly more aggressive and physical than Philly's....That is something that they can't really fix. It is what it is.... 2) We are in Philly's head...And we know it and they know it...Some match-ups are just better for certain teams than others (see us vs the NY Giants).... 3) Dallas has that look of something special...If they don't self-explode they will win this pulling away...And have a good chance the rest of the playoffs to really make this a special run.... So all that being said... Dallas 31 Philly 17
I just wan't a win so I can stop all the no wins in the playoff crap. When we get that first win Saturday, the Boys will keep rolling. I do have a whole different deeling this year though. I really think we can win every game. We need to work on the stupid penalties and find a ref that will either let them play or call all the crap that goes on. Boys 28 Philly 13
Forgot to answer the question. If I were Garrett I would use Roy alot more at the start of this game because they probably won't expect it. Do that double move Austin did, Roy should be able to run the deep one in the beginning. It's a though anyway.
Wow does anyone else feel good about this game as I do. You hear stuff like their going do do different things. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they will make changes but do they think the Boys are going just do the same things as well. It will be the same players for them as last game, so as long as we fulfill our assignments we should do the same thing. WIN. I haven't given them losing much thought, does anyone think I should. Oh did anyone catch the "most likely to choke" article with Tony as the leader. If there is a football God, please just to shut these idiots up,let Tony have his day/year in the sun and then I would like to read the posts. I'm so nervous, am I even making any sense today. Go Cowboys, do it for coach Joe. The toughest Cowboy ever.
The Cowboys will win going away. I don't expect a blowout but frankly, I don't expect it to be as close as most people are saying. It's a short week, we're at home, our defense is playing with a lot of confidence, our quarterback is playing the best ball of his career and our team is just flat out better. Nuff said.
I honestly believe Philly will man up in this game as we really embarrassed them in our house. This game will be an intense fly by the seat of my pants game with a final score of Cowboys 24 Eagles 17. I can’t wait till Saturday night! I love me some Cowboys!
So it isn't just me that is beside himself. It feels like were waiting for the bowl game. It may be just as important though. I'm worried and excited at the same time. I love this team and really want to turn that corner. Get us a playoff win and the sky is the limit. Oh, can you imagine if we shut them out again, what they'll HAVE to say about our defense then. OK it's a stretch, but I can dream right. Go Cowboys!
